March 25, was read stating the Senate passed CSHB 312(FIN) with                                                                 
the following amendment and it is transmitted for consideration:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
    SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 312(FIN)                                                                                
    "An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital                                                                 
    expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health
